These general terms and conditions apply to transactions between Mama Knows Best Oy and its online store www.mamaknowsbest.fi customers.
We value Your time, so our online store is made to help You place the order in a few clicks, with no additional registrations. Simply select the product by size (You can use a helpful size selection guide, if needed) on the very first page and continue with delivery and payment information by clicking on a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
We deliver products only in Finland. The 8€ shipping cost is not included in the product price. We are offering free delivery across Finland for orders over 59€ / 3 bags of diapers. Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days.
Date of expiry
Under normal circumstances, Merries diapers should be used within three years from the date of manufacture. The materials used in the diapers have minimal chemical changes and can still be used after 3 years period. If they are exposed to dust, moisture, and direct sunlight, the stickiness of the adhesive tapes may be reduced, or the diaper may show slight discolouration. However, it is still absolutely safe to use such diapers.
Store the diaper packs in a clean and dry area away from direct sunlight, before and after opening. After opening, ensure that the diapers are stored in a hygienic place to avoid exposure to dust and insects.
If Your child has grown so quickly that You even didn’t start a purchased pack of our diapers or simply changed Your mind, You can return the unopened package during 60 days period on Your own cost. We will make a refund to the same account that You were paying from. The refund for the product (not the delivery) will be transferred in 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Due to product specifics and hygiene reasons we will not accept returns of opened or damaged bags of diapers. If You wish to return the product, please contact us in English at: firstname.lastname@example.org with Your order and payment details and we will guide You on further steps and advice the most cost-effective way of return delivery.
